Museums - Smoky Lake Museum
The Smoky Lake Museum is housed in the original Victoria School which can trace its lineage back to one the the first education facilities in the province.

One of the Pakan ferries serves as a bridge across a small ravine in front of the museum's entrance. The museum contains numerous artifacts from the community's pioneer days when Ukrainian immigrant and other early settlers moved into the area.

The museum also showcase animals and mounted birds from a local artist's private taxidermy collection. Early settler machinery in on display in a building near the school.
